3. Worked as a clinical research Co-ordinator for at least one year. Willing to manage HIV-TB patients in Vellore and Chennai Knowledge in Tamil.
b). Staff Nurse - 3 Posts

Age Limit: 28 Years
Qualification: 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Maths or Biology as science subjects or equivalent from a recognized board and diploma in Nursing ‘A’ grade from a registered council
Desirable: BSc Nursing, Training in HIV. Senior training in a medical College. Willing to work on and care for HIV-TB patients in Vellore and Chennai Knowledge in Tamil
c). Technical Assistant (Field) - 5 Posts

Age Limit: 30 Years
Qualification: Three years Graduate degree in Science subjects with 2 years experience in field or Three years Graduate Degree in science subjects with two years diploma in relevant discipline from a recognized University/Institute
Desirable:
1. Graduate in Psychology /sociology/social work.
2. 2 years experience as a counselor in any hospital/ field experience in census, survey/ worked in a reputed clinical trial site / clinical trials in hospitals.
3. Willing to visit HIV-TB patients home, provide treatment and give supportive care in Vellore and Chennai. Knowledge in Tamil.
(D). Project Name : Model DOTS Project (Adverse Drug Reactions in RNTCP)

Desirable: Two years Post Graduate degree in social work, medical sociology, psychology with 2 years experience Knowledge in Tamil.
b). Scientist ‘B’ (Social work) - 1 Post
Consolidated Pay: Rs.28350/- +HRA
Age Limit: 35 Years
Qualification: First class Master’s Degree in social work /medical sociology/anthropology/psychology from a recognized University or equivalent (or) Second class Master’s Degree in in social work / medical sociology/ anthropology/ psychology with PhD degree in social work / medical sociology/ psychology/ anthropology from a recognized University or equivalent.
Desirable: 2 years experience in the field of HIV/TB Knowledge in Tamil.
c). Technical Assistant (Field) - 4 Posts

Age Limit: 30 Years
Qualification:
Desirable: Post graduate degree with One year field experience Knowledge in Tamil.
General Instruction:
1. Knowledge in Tamil is a desirable qualification for all the posts
2. The selected candidates will be posted to work anywhere in India
3. The appointments will be purely temporary or on contract basis on a consolidated salary for a period of one year only or till the completion of the study whichever is earlier. The appointee will not have any claim for a regular post in the Institute or in any Department of GOI, or under TRC/ICMR or continuation of his/her services in any other study.
4. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates will be as per Govt of India norms.
5. TRC reserves the right not to fill any or all the posts without assigning any reason. The numbers of vacancies shown are only tentative.
6. Mere possession of the educational qualifications and requisite experience will not entail any right for selection.
7. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview
8. The competent authority reserves the right to select the candidate or refuse any or all the candidates at his discretion without any reason.
9. Any canvassing by or on behalf of the candidates or to bring political or other outside influence with regard to selection / recruitment shall be a disqualification.
9. The Director in Charge reserves the right to shortlist candidates depending upon number of applications
Note:
1. Candidates submit the application form before 10 AM on the interview date.
2. Candidates attend the interview along with all original certificates from Matriculation onwards, certificates of experience, list of publications etc.
3. Submit the application with passport size photograph and attested copies of relevant certificates.
4. Separate applications should be submitted for each post project wise on the interview date only.
5. Late entries will not be entertained.
