Cantonment Board, Deolali, Cannaught Road, Deolali Camp – 422401, Tal & Dist.- Nashik (Maharashtra) invites application from eligible candidates for filling up of one post of ‘Junior Hindi Translator’ (un-reserved) in the pay scale of Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs.4200/-.
Qualification:
1.Master’s degree of a recognised University in Hindi/ English with English/Hindi as main Subjects at degree level Eg: if Hindi is studied at Degree level, English should be the Post Graduate subject and vice-versa (OR)
2.Master’s degree of a recognised University in any subject with Hindi as the medium of instruction and English as a compulsory subject at degree level (OR)
3.Bachelor’s degree of a recognised University with Hindi and English as main subjects PLUS a recognised Diploma / Certificate Course in translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa .
Age Limits: 18 to 25 years as on 28.02.2011.
Probation Period: Two Years
Last Date: 28.02.2011

How to Apply:
1. Duly attested by authorized person True copies of proof of age, caste, educational qualification, experience etc. to be attached with the applications
2. Two recent attested passport size photographs (one should be affixed on the application form and one pinned / enclosed with it) are required.
3. Two self-addressed envelops of size 25cm X 11cm with full name and postal address neatly written should be attested with the application form.
Selection Procedure: Date of written test/interview, as the case may be, will be informed separately only to the candidates found eligible. The schedule of Test/Interview and the list of candidates found eligible will be posted at the earliest on Website www.cbdeolali.org.in which may be watched by interested candidates.

Note:
1. The Cantonment Board, Deolali is an autonomous / Statutory Local Body under the Ministry of Defence, Govt. of India and employees of the Board are governed by CFSR 1937 and are not transferable.
2. The candidate shall be held responsible for correctness of all information given by him/her and in case of any information/documents found to be incorrect at later stage, action shall be taken against the candidate as deemed fit.
3. No request for change of any entries or part originally indicated in the Application Form shall be entertained.
