Essential Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent with at least five years experience of running a catering organisation independently in the Civil, in the Defence or any other similar organisations with an ability to maintain mess accounts.
Desirable Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Catering from a recognised institution; JCO or equivalent from catering trades of the Armed Forces with more than five years catering experience. Abilities to maintain mess stores and equipments.
Age Limits: 18 to 50 years as on 01.02.2011
