Ministry of Urban Development, Land and Development Office, NIrman Bhawan, New Delhi invites application from suitable officers of the Central Government filled up by transfer on deputation basis for one post of Accountant - Group 'C'. Pay Scale: Pre-revised Rs.5000-8000/- (Received PB-2 Rs.9300-34800/- + Grade Pay: Rs.4200/-).
Eligibility: Officers under the Central Government
a) (i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis (ii) With 5 years regular service in the post in the scale of Rs.4000-6000/- or Grade Pay or Rs.2400/-
b) Possessing experience in lease management / Accounts matters
(Period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization/department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed 3 years)
How to Apply:
1. Attested copies of Annual Confidential Report of the applicant for the last five years.
2. Vigilance Clearance in respect of the applicant.
3. Integrity Certificate in respect of the applicant duly signed by the appropriate officer and stamped.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Checking the work of Accountants SeEction.
2. maintenance of Ledger in respect of the leases of Nazul Lands and Rehabilitation properties, posting of entries in the Ledger Folios regarding breaches, regularization of terms, noting down of mutation, substitution and posting of Ground Rent.
3. Reconciliation of Accounts
4. Maintenance of revenue registers for recoveries.
