# 3 to 4 years of experience in business process engineering, business system analysis and working through the SDLC, with a Bachelor's degree in IT.

# Experience writing Business requirements specification (BRS).

# Good understanding of Technology and experience in development of .net module

# Excellent communication, both verbal and written.

# Strong requirements gathering skills (interviewing business and operational users).

# Good at writing Functional Specifications.

# Basic understanding of the general insurance industry and familiarity with the health insurance products and services.

# Good interpersonal skills.

# Excellent organizational skills.
