Job Designation : Associate/Senior Associate (Technical)

Compensation : INR 1,50,000 - 2,75,000 P.A. Incentives+process allowance+overtime

Desired Experience : 0 to 5 Years

Key Skills : Technical Support

Role's and Responsibilities :

1. Configuration of Customers equipment to connect to the Internet via modem/DSL Router (Dialup/DSL customers only).

2. Configure software to connect to Internet application servers.

3. Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in Customer computer systems.

Expectations :

# Excellent communication skills in English.

# Willingness to work in Rotational shift.
