Job Position : IT Helpdesk or Services Desk or Technical Services Desk

Compensation : INR 80,000 - 1,50,000 P.A

Qualification : Any Graduate/Undergradaute can apply

Total Experience : Below 6 Months to 3 years of Experience (Mandatory)

Job Responsibility :

• Handle call logging, tracking and closure

• Log call trough mail, phone, tool

• Coordinate with engineers.

• The Helpdesk Coordinator will act as the single point of contact to the customer/users for all IT related requirements. The responsibilities of the Helpdesk Coordinator will be to Log all the calls, assign it to engineers, track it till closure, and update the user.
