Working Hours : 24*7 rotational shifts

Education : 

• Minimum 15 Years/16 Years of Regular (Academic) Education, 10[SSLC]+2+PUC+3 or 4 [Bachelors] 

• Arts Graduates are not eligible

Desired Experience : 3.8 to 6 Years (Mandatory)

Mandatory Skills : Exchange 2007/2010

Job Description :

• Good understanding of Exchange 2007/2010

• 3-5 experience in managing and administer Exchange 2007/2010 Environment.

• Good knowledge on mobility solution like Blackberry, ActiveSync, Goodlink

• Good knowledge and Hands on experience in Exchange High Availability (CCR, SCC, SCR LCR & DAG).

• Good Knowledge of Exchange Architecture Services that run on the F/E & B.E Servers.

• Exchange 2007/2010 Server Roles Edge, Hub, CAS & Mailbox. 

• Good understanding about upgrading, transitioning and migrating Exchange to the latest version.

• Handle L2 operation escalated support issues; identify RCA, vendor coordination, Exchange advanced troubleshooting and performance enhancements.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Lync will be an added advantage Install, Configure and troubleshoot all Exchange related issues.
