Desired Qualification : BE/B.Tech/M.Tech (CS/ECE/EEE)

Desired Experience : 2 to 5 Years (Mandatory)

Desired Skills :

• More than 2 years of Linux embedded software development experience

• Familiarity with ARM processors is desirable.

• Experience in any of the following drivers:

• USB, Serial, Bluetooth, TCP/IP, Ethernet

• Comfortable working with embedded hardware and tools such as JTAG debuggers (Lauterbach)

• Good programming and debugging skills in "C" for multithreaded software development

• Skills in POSIX programming / Linux Kernel programming is desirable

• Knowledge in software Configuration Management using Clearcase is preferred

• Working Knowledge of Linux flavours like Linaro, MeeGo, Maemo, GENIVI, Montavista Linux

Responsibilities :

• Involved with all phases of the software development life cycle – requirements analysis, development, implementation, and testing

• Designing new embedded Linux-driver and writing related specifications and design documents

• Customizing and building Linux kernels, drivers and root file systems
