Government of India, Ministry of Defence, (IOF) Indian Ordnance Factories, (OFCH) Ordnance Factory Chandrapur, Bhadravati, Dist: Chandrapur, Maharashtra, PIN-442501 invites job vacancy applications from the eligible candidates for the employment Group 'C' posts of Electrician, Fitter Auto, Fitter Boiler, Fitter General Mechanic, Machinist, Painter, Turner, Examiner & Danger Building Worker (Total - 219 Posts).

1. Electrician (4 Posts UR-4)

2. Fitter Auto (2 Posts UR-2)

3. Fitter Boiler (3 Posts UR-1,OBC-2)

4. Fitter General Mechanic (4 Posts UR-1,OBC-1,SC-2)

5. Machinist (2 Posts UR-1,SC-1)

6. Painter (1 Post OBC-1)

7. Turner (1 Post UR-1)

8. Examiner (60 Posts UR-33,OBC-17,SC-5,ST-5)

9. D.B. Worker (142 Posts UR-79,OBC-38,SC-13,ST-12)

Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200/- + Grade Pay Rs.1800/-

Qualification:

1. NCTVT certificate in relevant trades respectively failing which by ITI or equivalent Diploma / Certificate holder.

2. 2 years working experience in Ammunition/Explosive Factory.

3. D.B. Worker Must possess NCVT Certificate in Trade “Attendant Operator in Chemical Plant (AOCP)”, failing which ITI pass or equivalent Diploma/Certificate holder

Age Limit: 18-32 Years, Age relaxation for respective categories shall be as per rules.

Selection Procedures:

1. The selection will be made strictly on the basis of merit.

2. The selection process will comprise of written test (2 Hrs) of 100 marks and trade test (Practical) of 100 marks.

3. All eligible candidates will be called for an objective type written test.

4. On the basis of merit of written test marks, candidates will be called for trade test (Practical)

5. In selection process, other things being equal.

How to Apply:

1. Applications are invited on plain paper duly typed on neatly handwritten.

2. Copies of certificate pertaining to education qualifications, Date of Birth and Cast certificate, experience certificate from institutions if any, Original NOC and discharge certificate duly attested by a Gazetted Officer must be enclosed with the application.

3. Self attested One Photo should be pasted in application Two Photo copies Stapled with the application.

4. The envelope must be superscribed as 'Application for the Post of...............
