Education/Experience Requirements :

• College Degree in a related discipline or college degree and 1 Year experience in desktop publishing/graphic design field

• Familiarity with Adobe InDesign and/or Quark

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

• Demonstrated understanding of Chicago Manual of Style/AP standard proofreading marks

• Ability to perform gracefully under pressure and meet both inflexible and shifting deadlines

Desired Experience : 1 to 3 Years (Mandatory)

Mandatory Skills : Graphic Designing, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Desktop Publishing

Key Responsibilities :

• Create page layouts and artwork using Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop, and Deltagraph

• Prepare files for vendor printing

• Maintain a high degree of quality control through self-proofing and style guide adherence

• Provide floating support for teammates on various projects as needed

• Participate in department-related meetings

• Support consistency of product and service expectations across department

• Provide timely project tracking and department reporting information

Job Summary :

• Product Design Associate will be responsible for the development of publications and presentations, including research studies, meeting handouts, on screen presentations, and invitations.

• This position focuses primarily on desktop publishing and information design skills.
