Desired Skills :

Software Engineers will be required for working on variety of windows and web applications for international clients, desired candidate profile include:

• Ability to work independently and proactively.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skill is must.

• Fluent in VB.NET, OOP, ASP.NET (ASP.NET 3.5 experience a plus), AJAX and T-SQL.

Job Description : 

Includes but not limited to:

• Knowledge of full lifecycle application development.

• Designing, coding and debugging applications in various software languages.

• Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis.

• Object-oriented Design and Analysis (OOA and OOD).

• Front end graphical user interface design.

• Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation.

• Integrate software with existing systems.

• Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation.

• Maintain standards compliance.
