• Lead for a team size of 6-8 Software Developers, delivering a Client-Server based configuration and managing systems for our Femtocell & Picocell products.

Desired Profile :

• Experience in Java/J2EE.

• Team Leadership, Technical mentoring & motivation skills, Strong technical background & ability to provide technical guidance to the team.

• Exposure in EJB, Spring, Hibernate, UML, Design patterns.

• Exposure in Swing technology would be an added advantage.

• Linux based High availability systems - development & maintenance

Job Position : Senior Software Developer/ Software Developer (Java/J2EE) – Management Systems

Job Description :

• This role is responsible for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of Client-Server based configuration and managing systems for our Picocell and Femtocell products.

The role also includes integration, developing unit tests, assisting in the development of the OMCR architecture & mentoring other team members.

Desired Profile :

• Hands on Experience with EJB, Spring, Hibernate, UML, Design patterns.

• Exposure in JBoss, MySQL, JUnit

• Exposure in Swing technology would be an added advantage.

• Developing scripts for UNIX based Operating Systems.

• Software build system experience including writing Ant scripts, use of Maven
