Desired Skills : 

• 4-7 Years of experience in software development with relevant IT academic qualifications.

• Good Communication and leadership quality.

• Should have working experience in JAVA, JDBC, Struts, Servlets, JSP, MySQL, Oracle, MS-Access, PHP.

• Good working knowledge in HTML, JavaScript and JQuery.

• Relational databases – MYSQL, Oracle with Stored procedure knowledge.

• Conceptual knowledge of frameworks, architecture, problem solving skills & exposure to different frameworks – Spring / Hibernate.

• To plan, estimate, assign and follow-up the tasks of the team members.

• To develop the technical competence of the team with continuous guidance & training.

• To ensure availability of unit test cases (functional & performance).

• To deliver a quality product in time while following the Company standards.

• Design, Development, Requirement gathering logic creation.

• Understand the API ticket booking for Payment Gateway.

• Strong Programming skills in Java, JSP, Servlet, Struts, Swings, GWT.

• Server Configuration (load Balancing and Clustering) with Apatche Http Server, Tomcat & MOD.
