(CIBA) Central Institute of Brackishwater Aquaculture, (ICAR) Indian Council of Agricultural Research invites applications from eligible candidates for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) and Field Assistant (FA) for Hydrogeochemical impacts of shrimp farming on coastal watershed project.
1. Junior Research Fellow - JRF (2 Posts)
Duration: 3 Years
Qualification:
a) M.Sc (Geology/ Geoinformatics/ Marine Geology/ Geography/ Environmental Science/ Chemistry/ Aquaculture or equivalent) with NET qualified.
b) BE (Geoinformatics/ Environmental Engineering/ Agricultural Engineering/ Civil Engineering with GATE or equivalent)
c) M.Sc(Ag) specialization insoil Science/ Agricultural Chemistry/ Environmental Science/ Water Management
d) M.Tech (Remote Sensing/ Geoinformatics/ Spatial Technology)
e) M.E.(Ag) or M.F.Sc
Desirable: Experiencey in Geographical Information System
Emoluments: Rs.16000/- + 30% HRA for the First two years and Rs.18000/- + 30% HRA for the Third year. Opportunity to register for Ph.D
2. Field Assistant - FA (1 Post)
Duration: 2 Years
Qualification: Higher Secondary
Emoluments: Rs.5000/- consolidate.
