Ministry of Labour & Employment Proposed to Recruit the Post of Registrar

Ministry of Labour & Employment/Shram aur Rozgar Mantralaya invites applications for filling up the post of Registrar  in the P.B.-3 Rs. 15,600 – 39,100 +G.P. Rs. 6600 for the Employees’ Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi on deputation basis – Vacancy Circular. The officers, who are eligible and willing to be consideration, may apply.

Eligibility:

Officers of the Central/State Government/High Court holding analogous posts and possessing a degree in Law  Or officers of Central/State Government of 8 years regular service in the scale of pay of Rs.6500-10,500 (pre-revised 6th CPC)

1.  The selected officers will be appointed on deputation basis and their pay will be regulated as per the rules.
2. The deputation will be for a period of 3 years.
3. The Application along with A.C.R dossiers containing reports up to 2008-2009 and  Vigilance Clearance of the recommended officers may please be forwarded to Vinod Kumar,Section Officer immediately latest by 15th February, 2011. The applications received after expiry of the last date will not be entertained.

Note: 
The applications of the following categories of officers may not be forwarded.
a) who do not satisfy the basic eligibility requirements;
b) who have not  been appointed on regular basis to the grades as indicated in the Annexure-I;
c) who have not completed the probation/trial period in the grade;
d) who are holding ex-cadre posts on deputation;
e) who have not completed one year in the cadre post, after reversion from the ex-cadre post;
f) who are due to retire on superannuation within 4 years.
