Job Profile: Job of Customer Service Associate involves communicating with customers through different mediums (Email, Chat and Phone) by utilizing a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies and communicate effective solutions in a fun and fast paced environment

Skills: Amazon is looking for candidates with:

a. Excellent communication (written and verbal)

b. Comprehension and problem solving skills

c. Familiarity with MS-Office, Internet Explorer

d. Good typing skills.

e. Willing to work in a 24*7 environment

Interview Process

1.  Personal Introduction Round

2.  Online Written Versant Test

3.  Voice Versant Test (Conducted Over a telephone)

4.  Operations Manager Round  

Compensation CS :-179000 to 207000 (Variable CTC) depending on the Skill being hired for (voice, email, chat).
