# Meeting with customers all over the Globe over the phone, E-mail and Chat to assist in technical aspects of Sales/Business Development

# Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects

# Provide Technical and sales support on COMODO Product and services

# Inbound and Up selling- Voice

# Provide Call back support

The role requires an individual with the following qualities :

# Mandatory: Excellent oral and written communication skills and Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)

# Willing to work in rotating shift patterns in a 24x7 global support delivery organization

# Basic Computer/Networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills.

# Strong organisational skills and ability to successfully manage multiple tasks

# Able to develop a sound and trusted relationship with the Client

# Strong interpersonal skills; client service oriented

# Consistently meet service levels and to achieve high customer satisfaction rating
