Eligibility Criteria :

# Academic Qualifications: 10th, +2, full-time degree

# Total Experience: 3-10 Years.

Areas of Expertise :

# Immediate opportunities for Senior Salesforce.com Professionals.

SFDC Developer: (Experience 3 to 7 years)

# Deep SFDC and Force.com experience, and able to think through solutions of concepts

# 2 - 3+ years Apex development experience on the Force.com platform including the ability to write triggers and develop Visual force pages

# Strong platform experience - must understand and be able to implement Salesforce.com configuration changes

# Must have deployed at least two Salesforce.com projects - end to end implementation experience preferred

# Ability to map out to process flows and objects in SFDC

# Salesforce.com Developer and Admin certifications

SFDC Architects: (Experience 7 to 10 years)

# Over 5 years of experience with Salesforce customization (Apex, Java, Visual force, Triggers).

# Experience with Salesforce configuration.

# Experience with SFDC integration & data migration.

# Experience with Agile methodology.

# Strong understanding of database design and web services concepts.

# Certifications equivalent skill-set to Administrator/Advanced Administrator, Developer/Advanced Developer.

# Knowledge of different middleware / ETL vendors a plus.

# Strong understanding of database design and web services concepts.
