# BE, B. Tech (with 1 year BPO experience), MCA, MCM, BCA and BSc (Other graduates with relevant BPO experience / knowledge can also apply)
# 0-2 years of experience in Networking projects / Technical Support
# Role is providing voice based technical troubleshooting for telecom customers
# Work Location is Tech Mahindra, Hinjewadi, Phase 3, Pune
Skill Set :
# Excellent communication skills in English - both spoken and written & good presentation skills
# Good knowledge of Telecom Infrastructure Technologies LAN / WAN / Routers / Switches / Hubs / Networks etc.
# Acting as Single Point of Contact for customers for either reporting trouble or providing updates on existing Trouble Tickets
# Should be comfortable in taking inbound calls / making outbound calls. Calls may be required to interact with End customers/Technicians/Other teams
# Must be willing and able to work various shifts as assigned (such as nights, weekends and statutory holidays), based on business needs
# Demonstrated ability to identify problems and situations, take appropriate action, implement solutions or escalate as required
# Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaboratively with other departments
# Ability to review and analyze customer needs and provide appropriate client options/solutions
# Ability to manage a demanding workload
