Primary Responsibility :

# To provide L1 Tech Support to Quick Heal customers for all Quick Heal products.

# Troubleshooting & problem reporting.

# Handling escalated calls & regular cases via phone, remote & on-site.

# Conduct Quick Heal Staff Training on Quick Heal products.

# Conduct Dealer Enggs Training on Quick Heal products.

# Maintenance of CRM reports, Service Reports & Training Reports.

# In addition to the above, this profile covers pre-sales tech support also.
