Minimum Educational Qualification : BE (Computer Science preferred) / MCA

Total Years of Experience : 4 to 10 Years (Mandatory)

Platform : Microsoft Technologies (ASP .NET, C#, MS SQL 2005 and above, Windows 2003 and above)

Technology Lead :

• Must have a prior experience in above mentioned technology stream

• Ability to lead complex projects involving multi delivery tracks with complete ownership

• Good project management skills able to plan and execute projects, manage requirements and risks appropriately

• Proven experience in working with client teams (Business & IT)

• Should have excellent communication (written / oral)

Technology Analyst :

• Prior project / module implementation experience is a must

• Must have lead at least a team of 3 5 people

• Ability to lead team of freshers and provide technical guidance

• Work with APM / PM in project planning and ensure smooth and timely execution

• Should be good in communication (written / oral) and presentation skills

• Good team management skills able to build and mentor the team.

Presentation skills :

• Set & manage stakeholder expectations

• Good team management skills able to build and mentor the team.

• Prior onsite experience would be an added advantage clients
