• 2 - 5 years of strong experience, knowledge, and understanding on SharePoint Server 2007 and/or SharePoint 2010 internals

• Experience with ASP.NET Development.

• Analyze, develop and test custom web parts, InfoPath forms, event receivers

• Knowledge of SharePoint Designer

• Experience in developing and maintaining Web services

• Experience of building and maintaining application using object oriented methodology

• Very good understanding of different Workflow Developments approaches in SharePoint

• Ability to analyze impact of changes in requirements to existing applications/features

• Good communication and customer service skills
