Invitation For Hcl (Slocum) Joint Campus Recruitment Drive at (KIT) Kalpi Institute Of Technology ( http://www.kalpicampus.com/ ), Ambala On 7th Of Feb 2013.

Eligibility Criteria: Engineering Branches: Electrical & Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Engineering with an aggregate of 60% and above from class 10th onwards
Selection Process:
1. You will be selected through a multi-stage process involving Grammar, Voice & Accent and Technical assessment.
2. You need to be prepared in all these areas as our experts will evaluate you for these skills during the selection process.
The Candidate has to undergo a 9 month residential Young Engineers Program training program :
• 6 Months of Classroom (1Month Technical Foundation + 5 Months Track Specific Training)
• 3 Months of On the Job Training (OJT) with a Stipend of Rs.5000 per month in OJT
On successful completion of the Young Engineers Program candidate will get :
1. Employment as “Associate Graduate Engineer Trainee”
2. Starting Salary – CTC of 2 Lacs per annum. To be increased up to higher levels on confirmation and subsequently based on performance
3. Posting Location: 50% in NCR, 50% in Chennai (combination of student need + business need)
4. Option of growing your careers either as a technical specialist or in the managerial line of growth
5. Continuous Engagement, Development & Growth with Slocum
6. Probation Period: 15 Months (after successful completion of training)
7. Service Agreement: 18 Months (to be signed at the time of admission but effective after successful completion of training)
8. In case of failure: the student will be given another chance to write the final examination and be declared successful for absorption
Eligibility:
1. Engineering Graduates from circuit branches (Computer Science, Electronics and Communication, IT) with a min of 60% and above in Engineering, 10+2th and 10th
2. No standing arrear
3. Willing to sign the Service Agreement
4. Students need to have a personal Laptop
5. AMCAT Score of 450 in English, 400 in Quant, 400 in Logic(AMCAT Test would be conducted at the Venue)
Selection Process:
1. Grammar Test
2. Voice and Accent Interview
3. Technical Interview
4. HR Interview
Schedule of the Campus Drive:
1. Company presentation followed by the Selection Procedure.
2. The details and program fees of Young Engineers Program will be discussed during the PPT by the Company.
Candidate should carry with himself:
1. 2 Hard copy of Resume.
2. Mark sheets and Certificates of 10th and 12th. (Original + 1 Xerox copy)
3. Mark Sheets (All Semester) and Diploma, Degree certificates of Graduation. (Original + 1 Xerox copy)
4. Three Photographs.
Note: All Students are advised to attend the Process in formal attire. Registration is FREE.
