Mandatory Skills : JAVA, J2EE

Job Summary :

Java Technology Specialist/ Architect :

• Solution Architecting, Design Patterns, OOAD

• Java/J2EE technologies

• Spring and JSF/Struts

• ORM - Hibernate, iBatis or Toplink

• Must have good exposure to EJB 3.0.

• Working knowledge of EJB (any version) is a must

• Must have good conceptual exposure of SOA, workflow

• Must possess good analytical skills

• Must have excellent problem skills and stakeholder management skills

• Must have good presentation skills

• Must have good customer facing and communication skills

Job Roles / Responsibilities :

• Defining technical architectures, driving technical solutions and decisions

• Provide technical leadership to solve problems and guide the design and development

• Governance and compliance towards architecture, and best practices are incorporated in design

• Performing extensive design and code reviews

• Identify technical risks proactively, and as early as possible
