Government of India, Ministry of Defence, (OEFC) Ordnance Equipment Factory, Phool Bagh, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, PIN-208001 invites job vacancy applications from the eligible candidates for the employment semi skilled posts of Tailor, Fitter General, Painter, Welder & Electrician .

1. Tailor (75 Posts UR-39,SC-16,ST-1,OBC-19)

2. Fitter General (8 Posts UR-5,SC-1,OBC-2)

3. Painter (5 Posts UR-3,SC-1,OBC-1)

4. Welder (2 Posts UR-2)

5. Electrician (10 Posts UR-6,SC-2,OBC-2)

Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200/- + Grade Pay Rs.1800/-

Qualification:

1. Matriculation or equivalent examination.

2. NCTVT certificate in relevant trade failing which by ITI or equivalent Diploma/Certificate.

Age Limit: 18-32 Years, Age relaxation for respective categories shall be as per rules.

Selection Procedures:

1. The selection will be made strictly on the basis of merit.

2. The selection process will comprise of written test of 100 marks and trade test (practical) of 100 marks.

3. All eligible candidates will be called for an objective type written test.

4. On the basis of merit of written test marks, candidates will be called for trade test (practical)

5. In selection process, other things being equal.

Application Fee: Rs.50/- DD or Postal Order drawn favour of The General Manager, Ordnance Equipment Factory (OEFC) payable at Kanpur.

2. Downloaded application and acknowledgement slip sent along with the Copies of certificate pertaining to education qualifications, Date of Birth and Cast certificate, experience certificate from institutions if any, Original NOC and discharge certificate duly attested by a Gazetted Officer.

3. After submitting the online application and uploading recent colour Photograph as well as signature in digital format (jpg).

4. The envelope must be superscribed as 'Application for the Post of .......... (Trade/Grade of post for which applying) and Category.
