Job Description :

• We are looking for Facets professionals with 2-10 years of experience.

1. Programmer Analyst / Associate

Skills required/Description :

• Required : Minimum of 1 year experience in HealthCare Domain

• Required : Minimum of 1 year experience in Facets custom application development

• Required : Minimum of 1 year experience in SQL/Sybase

• Preferred: Unix shell Scripting Knowledge

• Good analytical skills, communication

Experience : 2-6 Years

2. Senior Associate

Skills required/Description :

• Required: Minimum of 3 years of experience in HealthCare

• Required: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Facets custom application development

• Required : Minimum of 3 years of experience in SQL/Sybase

• Required: Unix shell Script Knowledge

• Preferred: Process knowledge about Metrics, Version control, Estimation techniques.

• Good analytical skills, communication

• Should be able to mentor a team, review the work products, provide suggestions for improvement

Experience : 6-8 Years

3. Manager/Senior Manager

Skills required/Description :

• Required: Minimum of 4 years of experience in HealthCare

• Required: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Facets custom application development

• Required: Hands-on experience in Resource Planning; Capacity Planning, Skill Gap Analysis & Training; Finance planning and Budget maintenance

• Required: Minimum of 3 year experience in SQL/ SYBASE/ Java/ Swings/ Springs/ UNIX

• Required: Process knowledge about Metrics, Version control, Estimation techniques.

• Preferred: Hands-on experience in the following Tools: Clear case, Clear quest & Visio

• Should be well versed with US Healthcare Payer domain with Sybase / Java knowledge

• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, presentation and client handling skills

• Prior experience in handling teams

Experience : 8+ Years
