Desired Qualification : Full time graduate (15 years regular education), No correspondence and BA graduates are eligible.

Preferred Job Description :

• Expertise in Windows installer technology, Wise package studio, ORCA.

• Expertise in troubleshooting the packaging issues and coordinate with Client and Team members for any escalations

• Experience in working in diverse areas of platforms of desktops, servers and citrix environment with different set of standard and processes.

• Scripting, programming and database skills

• MSI Packaging

• App-V Packaging

• Citrix XenApp

• Package validation, verification and Testing processes

• Strong knowledge of Windows 7 / XP / Server 2003 / 2008 operating systems

• MS Office 2003 / 2010 application suite

• Able to communicate clearly and effectively across all levels

• Languages: English, German preferable but not essential

• Five plus years in packaging and customer facing role, preferably in a large organization

• Experience supporting an Investment Bank highly desirable

• Quick learner, flexible and able understand complex systems- Quick learner, flexible and able understand complex systems

• Expertise in creating patches transforms and Merger modules.

• Expertise in conflict resolution

• Experience in creating VB Script programs for fully automated installs

• Experience in working in diverse areas of platforms of desktops, servers and citrix environment with different set of standard and processes.

• Exposure on Package validation, Conflict management.

• Knowledge in using tools like ProcMon, FileMon, InstallRite etc

• Strong knowledge of windows XP and Windows 7(32-bit and 64-bit) operating systems.

1) Full time graduate (15 years regular education), No correspondence and BA graduates are eligible.
