Desired Experience :

• For Technical Lead: 7+ Years (Mandatory)

• For Senior Developer: 3+ Years (Mandatory)

Mandatory Skills : JAVA, J2EE

Requirement Specification :

Technical Lead :

• 7+ Years of IT experience with good communication, leadership skills and self driven.

• With 1+ years of experience as project lead.

• Experience in the software development life cycle from requirements to production deploy

• Technically led project teams of size of 10-15 resources end to end (estimation, technology selection, resource planning, project inception to deployment) 

• Product development background is preferable Experience working in Onsite Offshore model

• Strong and hands on in Core Java, JDK 1.6 and Web technologies. 

• Ability to choose suitable technology components for given business requirement

• Design skills (have good exposure on design patterns application). 

• Good Knowledge of SQL, Hibernate, PL/SQL

• Good knowledge of XML / parsers 

• Good understanding of web services, SOAP, Rest Ant, Maven, JBOSS, Tomcat

• Basic Unix exposure

• Desirable Skills

- Spring (core, MVC, Hibernate) 

- JPBM, Drools

Senior Developer :

• 3+ Years of IT experience with good communication,

• Experience in the software development life cycle from requirements to production deploy 

• Product development background is preferable

• Strong and hands on in Core Java, JDK 1.6 and Web technologies. 

• Good Knowledge of SQL,Hibernate, PL/SQL

• Good knowledge of XML / parsers 

• Good understanding of web services, SOAP, Rest Ant, Maven, JBOSS, Tomcat
