• 2.5 to 5 years of experience in Windows form Programming using C#. (developers with web experience will not be considered)

• Exposure to Design, Design patterns and Design tools

• Experience in XML and related technologies

• All activities of SDLC phases (Req. Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, Reviews etc.)

• Good communication skills

NOTE : Experience in Win forms is mandatory
