Job Position : IT Helpdesk Engineer

Walk-In Location : Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh

Compensation : 2.8 Lac To 3.6 Lacs Based On Your Performance

Desired Qualification : 10+2+3 or Equivalent Degree

Desired Experience : 6 Months to 2 Years (into ITES) (Mandatory)

Key Specifications :
• Awareness of basic networking concepts, technologies, network connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Dial-up, Token Ring, Ethernet, LAN/WAN
• Knowledge of operating systems, Windows XP, Windows 7 configuration options and Troubleshooting
• Browser Support - Internet Explorer
• User level familiarity with at least one e-mail client - Outlook, Windows Mail etc.
• Good Communication Skills are Mandatory

Skill Set :
• Superior Customer Care Skills
• Inter-personal communication
• Excellent oral, written, typing and telephone skills
• Clear and understandable speech in English (American)
• Service Desk Experience
• Any Graduate Degree
