The ideal candidate should possess :

Must have

1. 4-6 years of experience

2. Good working knowledge in SQL Server 2005 & SSIS as a developer

3. Good exposure in writing Store Procedure, Functions and Triggers

4. Capability to optimize Store procedures

5. Debugging store procedures using profiles and execution plan

Good to have

1. Knowledge of SQL Server 2008 features

2. Knowledge of SQL Server SSRS features
