• Minimum of 10+2+3 year education pattern with no standing arrears

• Fresher’s of 2011 are also applicable

• Candidates must possess mark statements and degree certificate (provisional Certificate)

• Good Communication Skills

• Willingness to work in night shifts is mandatory

Job Description :

• Producing & reviewing daily PnL for designated trading books on a T+1 basis for trading done in fixed income products

• Writing commentaries on large PnL swings, explaining in terms of book risk positions and economic factors

• Reconciliation of the PnL produced above to the PnL posted to the back office ledger 

• Investigation and correction of reconciliation breaks involving communication with other BUCs, operations, IT etc.

• Month end reconciliation of back office ledger P&L and balance sheet to reported P&L and source risk management systems

• Experience in Managing small teams

• Good accounting knowledge & expertise 

Educational Qualification :

• MBA/CA/CPA/MS Finance/Any other Masters Degree in Finance

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Demonstrate flexibility and manage time-zone differences effectively

• Ability to ensure and deliver timeliness and quality of output
