Based on the written examination held on 19.12.2010 for recruitment to the posts of Section Engineer Mechanical and Electrical (Cat.No.10 & 24 respectively of CEN No. 05/2010 of 06.03.2010) in scale Rs. 9300-34800 + GP 4600 and Junior Engineer-II Mechanical/ Carr. & Wagon and Electrical (Cat. No. 48, 62 & 73 respectively of CEN No. 05/2010 of 06.03.2010) in scale Rs. 9300-34800 + GP 4200, candidates with the following Roll Numbers have provisionally been short- listed for being called for certificate verification, subject to the correctness of the information furnished in their application form. Certificate verification for the above provisionally shortlisted candidates is tentatively programmed between 14th and 17th November 2011. Call letters showing exact date, time and venue for the certificate Verification will be sent to all provisionally short-listed candidates individually. 

On the day of certificate verification candidates should bring all their original certificates in proof of age, date of birth, caste (in the prescribed format), educational /technical qualification, marks sheets for all terms/semesters etc. Mark sheets alone will not be considered as proof of educational qualification. The candidates should also bring photocopies of all certificates attested by a gazetted officer, with name, designation and office seal clearly visible, for submission to this office.
