Job Description :
• Candidate should have knowledge of documentation activities like maintaining records, filing & preservation of documents, knowledge of Data Entry operations particularly in SAP
Duties & responsibilities :
• Plan & budget entry in SAP of various project & refurbishment orders
• Daily progress updating in SAP
• Data entry in SAP for Purchase requisition, Purchase order / Service entry sheet (SES)
• Daily updating on relevant sites activities to Lead and central team.
• Data Collection from various sites pertaining to resource utilization & preparation of resource utilization index
• Cost & resources overrun against the budget
• Follow up for applicable vendor invoices.
• Preparation of monthly provision statement.
• Weekly fund requirement for team operation at site/ Mumbai for EISD & EIL operation
• Submission of various MIS reports pertaining to team activities to Lead
• Follow-up for timely completion of SAP transactions at site
• Presentation preparation for weekly / monthly meetings
• Documentation & preservation of various reports / records.
