Eligibility : (Bsc IT, B.E, BCA, MCA) Graduate with minimum 50% scored as aggregate

Desired Experience : 0 to 2 Years

Job Description :
1. Candidate will be responsible for providing Technical Support at the client site in timely manner.
2. Monitoring the Bank Switches at the client site
3. Resolving technical issues relating to Bank Switches
4. Liaising with other teams for resolving technical issues at the earliest.

Desired Profile :
1. Candidate Should have Good Communication Skill.
2. Have to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts (we do not provide pick-up and drop service).
