1. Senior manager - Business Solutions:

Desired Experience & Qualification:

1. Strong understanding of strategic business processes.

2. Excellent financial acumen.

3. Experience in documentation of business requirement, analysis and function.

4. Excellent analytical, organizational & problem-solving aptitude.

5. B-school / Operations Management background.

6. Strong working knowledge of Excel.

7. Candidates should have a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide business analysis, efficiency analysis, business area assessment, user needs analysis.

2. Business systems design for major projects.

3. Work with operations to meet performance & quality expectations.

4. Plans and implement quality initiatives to improve quality initiatives to improve efficiencies.

5. Support Operations with team development.

2. Manager-Operations:

Desired Experience & Qualification:

1. MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Management from an institution of repute.

2. Minimum of 6 years of work experience of which atleast 3 years in a supervisory role.

3. Strong understanding of strategic business processes.

4. Excellent operational acumen.

5. Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving aptitude.

6. Technical Know how of MS Office Suite.

7. Effective people management skills.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and coordinate daily operations.

2. Responsible for maintaining quality and productivity targets.

3. Plan staffing and coordinate with support teams to ensure all required resources are available to meet production targets.

4. Responsible for quality and timely completion of all projects.

5. Develop strong interpersonal relationships with the team.

6. Coach and counsel team members to enhance performance and arrest attrition

3. Senior Research Analyst:

1. Excellent understanding of Internet based research required.

2. Strong English language skills.

3. Capacity for analytical and logical reasoning.

4. Familiarity with international organizations / personalities / events across multiple industries / sectors.

5. Candidates should have minimum of 2+ year of relevant experience.

4. Research Analyst:

1. Fair understanding of Internet based research required.

2. Strong English language skills.

3. Capacity for analytical and logical reasoning.

4. Familiarity with international personalities / events across multiple industries / sectors.

5. Graduates from any discipline, though humanities majors are preferred.
