Viveks Institute of Retail Management invites applications from eligible candidates for the following posts.

1. Manager / Asst. Manager-Projects: Candidate should be B.E./ Diploma in Electrical/ Civil/ Architecture Engineer and having minimum 3 years

Experience.  Should be with sound exposure in the realms of interior civil project execution, who can understand the project from interior and Architectural knowledge along with project execution understanding deals with contractors and vendors.

2. Property Manager:Candidate should have prior experience in a real estate firm or similar position. Finalzing of New properties and also leasing with landlords on need basis for any administrative works.

3. Project Maintenance Manager:Candidates with BE Electrical with minimum 2 years experience. Visiting to sites where the project works are in progress and ensuring quality / quantity by the contractors who are carrying out the jobs.

4. Project Co-ordinator:Candidates with Diploma in Electrical/ Civil/ Architect with one year experience. Visiting to sites where the project works are in progress and ensuring quality / quantity by the contractors who are carrying out the jobs.

5. Project Administrator:The incumbent should be +2 Passed / Graduate with capability of co-ordinating with project team, vendors. Members at the Projects Site, and House Keeping personnel in meeting deadlines for completion of the project.

6. Draughtsman:Candidate should be with Diploma/ ITI in Civil/ Architecture Engineering with 1 to 2 years experience in Architectural drawing using Autocad or Revit.

7. Stores Assistant:Candidates with minimum +2 qualificatin and exposure to computers in maintaining the Stores with project related materials.
