Wainaganga Krishna Gramin Bank Proposed Recruitment of Officer Scale - I (Group-A) and Office Assistant (Multipurpose)

Wainaganga Krishna Gramin Bank invites applications from Indian Citizens for the post of 23 Officer Scale - I (Group-A) (Pay Scale - Rs.14500-600/7-18700-700/2-20100-800/7-25700) and 60 Office Assistant (Multipurpose) – (GROUP-B) (Pay Scale - Rs.7200-400/3-8400-500/3-9900-600/4-12300-700/7-17200 -1300/1-18500-800/1-19300) Other allowances & perquisites will be admissible as per the rules of the Bank.

Candidates are requested to apply ONLY through online between 18.01.2011 and 17.02.2011 and advised to follow the sequence of steps given in Andhra Bank’s website http://www.wkgb.co.in/

Online Registration:
1. Opening Date: 18.01.2011
2. Closing Date: 17.02.2011
3. Date of Written Test:  for Officer Scale - I - 08.05.2011 and for Office Assistant (Multipurpose) - 24.04.2011

Qualifications:

1. Officer Scale - I: Bachelor degree of a recognized University in any discipline or its equivalent.Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Agriculture,Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Co-operation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy. Proficiency in local language i.e. Marathi. Computer knowledge or awareness will be an added qualification.

2. Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Bachelor Degree or its equivalent of a recognized University in any discipline. Essential : Proficiency in local language i.e. Marathi. Desirable: Knowledge of Computer skills.

Age Limits:  The age limit will be for Officer Scale - I Above 18 years but below 28 years and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) Between 18 years and 28 years, and will be reckoned as on 01.01.2011.

Application Fee: Rs 350/-

Selection Process:

The written test will comprise for both posts Reasoning, Numerical Ability, General Knowledge, General English, General Hindi.

Note:  

1. Applications should be submitted on-line on or after 18-01-2011 but in all cases on or before 17-02-2011 and System generated print out of the application, complete in all respect, should be sent by ordinary post so as to reach latest by 24.02.2011.

2. Requisite application fee including postage must be paid only by means of Bank demand draft issued by a Scheduled Bank, payable at Solapur in favour of “Wainganga Krishna Gramin Bank Recruitment Project-2011’.

3. Bank Demand Draft must be purchased on any date between 18-01-2011 and 17-02-2011.

4. Candidates in their own interest are advised to submit their application online well in time before the last date to avoid possible technical snags.
