Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition, Maharajpura, Gwalior (MP) Recruit Head of the Department & Assistant Lecturer cum Instructor - 2011


Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition, Maharajpura, Gwalior (MP) invites applications for the post of Head of the Department (1 Post UR-01) & Assistant Lecturer-cum-Assistant Instructor (1 Post OBC-01).

(A). Head of the Department (1 Post)

Pay Scale: PB-3 Rs.15600-39100/- + Grade Pay Rs.6500/- 

Age Limits: Not exceeding 45 Years.

Qualification:
a) Graduation from a recognized University.
b) Degree / 3 Year Diploma in Hotel Management from an Institute affiliated to national Council for Hotel management / State Board of Technical Education / Recognized University.
c) The candidate must have secured at least 55% marks in degree/ Diploma in Hotel Management.
d) For specific subjects: Management subjects: MBA / PGDBM with 50% marks.
e) Computer Science: Graduate with Computer Science or Computer Application as main or subsidiary subject with 50% marks or MCA, Accounts & Law - MBA(Finance) / M.com / ICWS with 50% marks.
f) Language: Graduate in concerned language from recognized university.
g) Food Science & Nutrition: Post Graduate with Food Science or Nutrition related subject from recognized university with 50% marks.

Experience:
a) At least 5 years experience as Senior Lecturer-cum-Senior Instructor in an Institute of Hotel Management affiliated to National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology.
b) At least 17 years experience  in teaching and / or Hotel industry 9including minimum 5 years teaching experience as Senior Lecturer-cum-Senior Instructor in an institute of Hotel management or Food craft institute.
c) At least 17 years hotel industry experience including minimum 5 years in managerial capacity in 4 star / Heritage or above category approved hotel.


(B). Assistant Lecturer-Cum-Assistant Instructor (1 Post)

Pay Scale: PB-2 Rs.9300-34800/- + Grade Pay Rs.4200/- 

Age Limits: Not exceeding 30 Years.

Qualification: Degree / 3 Year Diploma in Hotel Management from an Institute affiliated to national Council for Hotel management / State Board of Technical Education / Recognized University with 60% aggregate marks in Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management.

Experience:
a) A minimum 3 years practical experience in Hotel and catering industry.
b) At least 2 years of teaching experience in an institute affiliated to National Council for Hotel management and Catering Technology / State Board Technical Education / Recognized University.
c) Those who are already in Govt. / Semi Govt. / Quasi Govt. / Autonomous body should apply through proper channel along with copies of last three years ACR's.
