Indian School of Mines (ISM), Dhanbad Recruit Junior Research Fellows - JRF (1 Post) - Feb 2011


Applications are invited from suitable candidates for appointment to the One post of Junior Research Fellows (JRF) in the Indian School of Mines (ISM) at Dhanbad.

Project No: DST (57)/2010-2011/281/AC

Project: Synthesis, Characterization of Discrete metal-organic assemblies of dipodal and tripodal ligands and their potential application in selective molecular recognition and catalysis

Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry/Applied Chemistry with minimum of 60% marks and consistent academic record from UGC recognized University/Institute with NET/GATE qualification.  

Age Limit: The upper age limit for JRF is 28 years as on the day on which application is made. 

Fellowship: Rs.16,000/- (fixed) per month for first 2 years and Rs. 18,000/- (fixed) per month for 3rd year (plus HRA, if permissible as per ISM rules).

Nature & Duration of Post: The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project, which is sanctioned for a maximum period of three years.
