Terms and Conditions for Online Registration

For The King Attention of the Registrants: 

1. Candidates accessing the Online Employment Registration portal are informed to furnish correct and complete information regarding their personal profile and Educational Qualifications.

2. Accuracy in providing information is very essential .Candidates furnishing false or incorrect information, are liable for cancellation of their registration with our prior notice.

3. Even if any one of the information furnished is found to be false, the entire Registration stands cancelled and the candidate looses his/her seniority.

4. The onus of verification of the documents lies with the employer. If the employer on verifying the data finds any discrepancy in the details furnished, the appointment for the particular vacancy shall be cancelled along with the cancellation of the registration at the employment office.

I declare that the information provided by me shall be true to the best of my knowledge. If any of the information furnished is found to be false, my registration shall be cancelled. I accept the above terms and conditions for registration.

1. இவ்விணையதளத்தில் பதிவு செய்யும் விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் தங்களது தனிப்பட்ட விவரங்கள் மற்றும் கல்வித்தகுதி விவரங்களை சரியாகவும் முழுமையாகவும் உள்ளீடு செய்யத் தெரிவிக்கபடுகிறார்கள்.

2. துல்லியமாக விவரங்களை அளிப்பது மிக முக்கியமானதாகும்.தவறான மற்றும் சரியற்ற விவரங்களை அளிப்பது விண்ணப்பதாரர்களின் பதிவு இரத்து ஆக வழி வகுக்கும்.

3. எந்த ஒரு விவரமும் பொய்யானதாக, அறியப்பட்டால் பதிவுதாரரின் பதிவு எவ்வித முன்னறிவுப்புமின்றி ரத்து செய்யப்படும்.

4. பதிவகர்கள் சான்றிதழின் உண்மைத்தன்மை அறிவது வேலை அளிப்போரின் முழுபொறுப்பாகும். பதிவர்கள் தவறான விவரங்கள் அளித்திருப்பது தெரியவந்தால், அவர்களின் பணி நியமனம் ரத்து செய்யப்படுவதுடன், வேலைவாய்ப்பு அலுவலகபதிவும் ரத்து செய்யப்படும்.

நான் இங்கு கொடுத்துள்ள விவரங்கள், என் அறிவுக்கு தெறிந்து உண்மையானது என்று அறிவிக்கிறேன். கொடுத்துள்ள விவரங்களில், ஏதேனும் தவறானது என கண்டறியப்பட்டால், எனது பதிவு ரத்து செய்யப்படலாம். நான் மேலே கொடுக்கப்பட்டவேலைவாய்ப்பு பதிவிற்கான கட்டளைகளை ஒப்புக்கொள்கிறேன்.

Note:

1. Please use the Registration number (In Upper Case) which is printed in Employment Exchange identity card by prefixing with your exchange code.

2. For example you have registered at Chennai Professional Exchange, your card number printed as 1996M00216

3. In case you are a women candidate use "F" in the place of "M" while logging in.

4. For eg: if the old Employment Registration is W/7054/1998 log in as CHP1998F00007054),

5. Your password will be your date of birth (dd/mm/yyyy) in this pattern.

Registrants are requested to verify their registration details in the portal. Discrepancies if any found may be informed either through mail or in person to the concerned employment offices along with relevant certificates.

Instruction for Old Registered Users:

1.The columns with * mark are mandatory.

2.Old Registration Number:Old Registration Number to be entered as like 1997M00153 & 1997F00153

3.In future the new registration number is your Login ID & Date of Birth is your password

4.Once you login kindly change your password
