1. Pharmacist (1 Post UR-1)
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-2020/- + Grade Pay 2800/- Initial Pay Rs.8560/-
Qualification:
1. Passed 10+2 or equivalent with Science subjects from a recognized institution.
2. Candidate should posses certificate as registered Pharmacist having passed 2 years diploma course with three months training in Pharmacy from an institution recognized by Pharmacy Council of India.
3. Candidate should have working knowledge of computers.
Age Limit: 18-27 Years. Age relaxation for respective categories shall be as per rules.
2. Medical Assistant (3 Post UR-3)
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-2020/- + Grade Pay 1800/- Initial Pay Rs.5200/-
Qualification:
1. Passed 10+2 or equivalent with Science subjects from a recognized institution.
2. Undergone a course of Instructions in First-aid from a recognized institution / St.John's Ambulance
3. Knowledge of First-aid
4. Knowledge of Operation Theatre and sterilization procedure.
5. Candidate should have working knowledge of computers.
Note: Ex-service Persons: Worked as Nursing Assistant in the Armed Forces after passing qualifying test of the Medical Corps.
Age Limit: 18-27 Years. Age relaxation for respective categories shall be as per rules.
Mode of Selection:
1. The selection will be made strictly on the basis of merit.
2. The selection process will comprise of Written Test.

1. Application shall be made on A-4 size paper neatly typed or handwritten in the prescribed format.
2. Name of the post must be clearly superscribed written on the top of the envelope in capital letters.
3. Duly attested copies of Educational Qualification Certificate, Proof of Date of Birth, if any and attested xerox copies of experience certificate.

1. One Photo should be pasted in application with Duly signed
2. Two Photo copies Stapled with the application.
