• Any Computers Graduate can apply. If NOT Computers Graduation, People who got relevant experience can apply

Desired Experience : 4+ Years (Mandatory)

Experience :

• Minimum 4+ Years in any of the below mentioned areas.

• ERP-Application Support

• CRM-Application Support

• E-Bay/Amazon or any Shopping carts.

• JAVA/.NET/PHP related application support.

Desired Skills :

• Any computers graduate can apply. If not computers graduation, people who got relevant experience can apply.

• Must be high on oral and written communication.

• Should be able to drive a team of two.

• Must be willing to work in night shifts.

• Must possess good knowledge about Software Development Life Cycle.

• Should possess good functional knowledge.

• Excellent functional knowledge about software products and software applications.

• Candidate must have good knowledge and experience about software products and applications.

Job Responsibilities :

• Handling tickets raised by customers/clients.

• Review incoming support request in detail.

• Determine what type of request it is (Ex: Sales/Support on product etc.)

• Prepare a detailed response to the customer.

• Using software products to learn possibilities and find any possible issues.

• Research, investigate and document finding on the ticket.

• Understanding software manual and product manuals.

• Guiding team members.

Note :

• Salary is not a big constraint for this position.

• Business Analysts/Business Development people who got experience in bringing software projects can apply for this if they are interested.

• This position is not into software development/Testing.

• Networking/Hardware/Installations support experience cannot be considered.
