Desired Qualification :
• Graduation must
• Minimum 1 Year experience in retail sales of insurance products.
• Preferably from Mutual fund, Life Insurance, General Insurance, Broking, and Bank (off roll candidates from general insurance can be considered)
• Freshers can also apply.
• Age: not more than 33 Year
Desired Experience : 0 to 5 Years
Responsibilities :
• Achieving the sales target in her/ his area.
• Recruit, build, maintain and motivate the agents.
• Ensure that the sales force is able to achieve planned business results.
• Assign territory to the sales force; evaluate the territorys market Potential and competitive influences.
