Trans Continental Traders invites applications from eligible candidates for the following posts,
1. Lead Instrument Technicians:
a) Candidates with Diploma in Instrumentation or Equivalent.
b) should have minimum 8 years of working experience in Maintenance Oil & Gas, Petrochemical & Refinery Industry.
c) Should have experience in maintenance of oil field instrument & instrumentation.
d) Gulf experience candidates will be preferred.
2. Lead Mechanical Technicians: (Rotating Equipment / Monitoring / Vibration)
a) Candidates with Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent.
b) Should have minimum 8 years of working experience in maintenance Oil & Gas, Petrochemical & Refinery Industry.
c) Should have knowledge in rot Cause failure Analysis (RCFA) techniques, all types of machinery used in the plant.
d) Should conduct diagnostic surveys, remote monitoring and evaluate condition using vibration spectrum analyzer, Horoscope Equipments etc.
e) Gulf experience candidates will be preferred, ns and camp buildings.
3. Mechanical Technicians & Mechanics: (Rotating Equipment)
a) Candidates should be ITI / Diploma or equivalent with minimum 5 years experience in the same field.
b) Have the skill to check repair all types of rotating and reciprocating machinery.
c) Gulf experience candidates will be preferred.
4. Mechanical Technicians: (Vibration)
a) Candidates should be ITI / Diploma or equivalent with minimum 5 years preferably in Oil & Gas industry, refinery, process plant etc.
b) Good experience in repair, trouble-shooting, overhauling of mechanical equipment (Rotating Equipment & Static Equipment)
c) Shall have hands on experience with vibration analysis.
d) Gulf experience candidates will be preferred.
5. Monitoring Technicians
a) Candidates should be ITI / Diploma or equivalent with minimum 5 years preferably in Oil & Gas industry, refinery, petrochemical, process plant etc.
b) Good experience in troubleshoot vibration / acoustic and machinery problems maintenance, repair and overhaul of mechanical / machinery etc.
c) He should have the capability to troubleshoot vibration / acoustic and machinery problems.
d) He should able to conduct diagnostic surveys, remote monitoring and evaluate condition using vibration spectrum analyzer, boroscope equipments etc.
e) Gulf experience candidates will be preferred.
6. Overhaul Engineers: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 10 years experience in maintenance of Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery Industry shall have hands - on experience in high speed rotary machinery overhauls and well versed in overhauling of centrifugal / reciprocating compressors, gas turbines, centrifugal / positive displacement pumps, fans, blowers etc.
7. Rotating Equipment Engineers:
a) B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance services of Energy / Oil & Gas, Petrochemicalor such other Utility facilities.
b) He should have working knowledge of Condition based preventive maintenance & Roof Cause failure analysis (RCFA) techniques & the ability to work with craft personnel & field supervisors.
