Job Description: Associates would be handling inbound Customer Service Calls during US shifts.

Key Responsibilities: Meeting efficiency metrics, Quality and CSAT.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Minimum XII completed with 0-4 years of experience.

2. BE/BTech graduates would require minimum 8 months of BPO experience.

3. Ready to work in any night shifts.

4. Candidates should possess excellent communication.
